fortisandbox ICAP with 3rd Party SSL certifcate

Dear Team,

I have one customer ,they installed a 3rd party SSL certificate on his FSA running on 4.0.2.

Now they are using FSA ICAP service over SSL .

the issue they are facing that during certificate exchange FSA is providing its inbuilt certificate.

but they have default certificate as customer's 3rd party certificate .

Now my question is :-

Is certificate installed on FSA are interface or service based.

Why FSA is showing its inbuilt certificate when customer have installed 3rd party certificate and made as default .
