is there a problem with schedule policy and DST - when start time is 6:00 users can login at 7:00 ?

I set start time 5:00 an now a login is possible at 6:00

I am not seeing this problem on my end. Could you clarify:

#1 whether the policy is configured to block or allow the user from 06:00 onwards?

#2 is the user unable to log in before 07:00?

#3 which versions are you using for FortiOS and FortiManager (if applicable)?
