I confirmed that a FortiSASE user has the correct permissions in the IAM portal, but still cannot login to the FortiSASE portal.
FortiSASE's portal relies on FortiCare IAM for authentication.
Once a user is granted permissions through the IAM portal, if still unable to login to the FortiSASE portal, the user must have performed two setup actions for their IAM account:
