emails cannot go out in the outlook program, but they do arrive

hello

emails can't go out in outlook program

in fortinet, but the emails can arrive

but I replaced and installed another router and the emails go out and arrive normally

What could it be ??

the only thing that was done was to update the licenses in fortinet


there are 2 fortigates are in HA mode
