VPN won't connect. No error.

Hi everyone, first of all sorry if my enlgish is not the best. I have a problem with the FortiClient VPN v7.0, in some PC's with Windows 7 i try to start the VPN connection, i put the names, stablish the ip and when i press save button it goes back to the start with the configuration button, it's like an infinite loop, someone have any solutions or maybe the same issue?

Hi sebascisternassc, for your issue it may be better to open a support ticket so that a support engineer can do a screenshare to troubleshoot. The issue may be specific to your PC or install. Thanks
