WebFilter does not work properly

Please check the video that uploaded that showing FortiGuard error that associated the issue. Therefore WebFilter does not properly work

Does the uplink block port udp/8888 originating from your fortigate?

Or try other port tcp/443 udp/53 https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-FortiGuard-communication/ta-p/197109
