Do I need to enable DNS Service on Interface?

I'm pointing my Fortigate to my internal DNS server which has forwarders to Google/Cloudflare etc.

Do I need to enable DNS Service on Interface for each of my interfaces and forward to system DNS, or if I just delete all the current entries will it forward all dns inquiries to my local dns server?
