User Authentication without Forti-Client

Hi

I have some issues with Forti-Client i have tried many times to use it in our industry but it fails sometimes user disconnects auto and sometimes app malfunctioned, so here is my other alternate question is it possible somehow that we authorize any user on MAC base filtering or any other authorization for VIP access to internal applications
