The FortiGuard category based filter on Web Filter is... gone?

I can't seem to find the "FortiGuard category based" table in 7.2.1 even though I have the license for it. I tried to open it in incognito, rebooted the firewall, and reinstall the OS but nothing is working.

Is there a "set webfilter-force-off enable" config CLI or similar?

This happens if vdom/device is in Policy- based mode (NGFW), in which case, the categories will be inside the policies.

Switching back to Profile-based mode should give you your desired view.
