Update: Applications are now closed as of 5/03/22 ~12:10pm PDT. We'll be announcing more sessions throughout the year!
With FortiOS 7.2 now out, the UX Team is looking for usability test participants from the community to try out a range of recently added or improved features on the GUI. Your valuable feedback will help us improve our products and minimize pain points for our users. For this round of tests, we’ll be covering features and improvements for managing wireless networks, workflows, and the Security Fabric.
The usability test will take 45 minutes and will be done via a Microsoft Teams video call. Our normal test schedule availability would be Monday-Friday 8:00am-8:00pm PDT (GMT-07:00) starting May 10.
We welcome users with at least one month of experience with FortiOS. You do not need to have used 7.2 to participate. Conversational English skills required.
Fill out the application with your preferred time on Calendly: https://calendly.com/fortios-ux-team/2022-usability-testing-1
After you submit your application, you'll receive an email from us within 5 business days to confirm your participation. If you don't receive an email, check your spam folder or contact us at email@example.com.
We thank all applicants for their interest; however, we may not be able to include everyone who applies.
Data from the test will be used for internal reports and will be kept confidential; no personally identifiable information will be published. You may withdraw your consent from this study at any time.
Not able to join for the first group of tests?
Stay tuned, because we’ll be announcing more usability testing sessions later in the year here and r/fortinet!
