How to change the VLAN ID on a VLAN sub-interface?

In 7.0, you can migrate a VLAN by using the Interface Migration Wizard:

Beside the VLAN ID, click Edit and the wizard will appear in the slide-in. The Interface Migration Wizard can also migrate an interface to a Zone or Aggregate interface.

Backup the config. Manually edit it to change the vlanid. Restore the config file to the FGT. The wizard does ridiculous things and doesn't always work.
