When NAT is configured both in central NAT table and in policy, how is the session NAT'd?

NAT can be configured in policy. Also if central NAT table is enabled, it can configure NAT as well. When both are configured, and potentially conflicted, how is NAT done?

Incorrect - once you enable Central NAT, the option to set NAT in the security rules disappears. So, you either have Central or Policy-based NAT, but not both at the same time.
