Member lan3 is disabled

Hello,

my member lan 3 is disabled. I don't kow why and I would like enable. How to do this ?

To enable an interface on FortiGate in the GUI:

  1. Go to Network > Interfaces
  2. Select an interface and click Edit.
  3. Next to Status, click Enabled and then click OK.

You can also enable an interface in the CLI using the commands:

config system interface

edit port1

set status up

next

end

Thks.

In GUI I can't select interface disabled.
I tried in CLI but no way, lan3 is always in state "grey".

What error do you get on CLI ? 
config sys int
    edit lan3
    set status up
end
